T1 EMERGE VICTORIOUS AT WORLDS 2025
T1 are League of Legends World Champions again and history just bent.

In a 3–2 thriller versus KT Rolster at Worlds 2025, the reigning champions completed an unprecedented three-peat, while Lee “Faker” Sang-hyeok claimed his sixth career Worlds title: a record that now sits alone.

The night opened with a spectacular ceremony performed by G.E.M. (鄧紫棋), Anyma, Chrissy Costanza and TEYA!, with Anyma attached as Co-Creative Director.
The atmosphere in the building felt more like a cultural world’s fair for esports than simply another League of Legends title match.

During finals press day, Chris Greeley, Global Head of League of Legends Esports, dropped the roadmap for next year’s global cycle, and the distribution is strikingly global.
First Stand 2026 will take place in São Paulo, Brazil.
The 2026 Mid-Season Invitational will go to Daejeon, South Korea.
And the 2026 World Championship will be staged in the United States across Allen, Texas and New York City.

T1’s run in 2025 will be argued about for years, because it is the first time any team has ever lifted the Summoner’s Cup three seasons in a row.
At this point the core of the roster isn’t simply defending a title; they are actively writing the modern definition of a dynasty in League of Legends esports.
