Focus Entertainment and Asobo Studio are thrilled to announce that Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy, a prequel to the multi-award-winning A Plague Tale saga, is set for release on August 27, 2026, on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.

Offering a new perspective on the world of A Plague Tale, Resonance follows the young and fierce Sophia on her own journey, determined to uncover the secrets of her past.

In the depths of the Minotaur’s Island, the untold awaits

Resonance is set fifteen years before the events of A Plague Tale, following a young and fierce plunderer, Sophia, as she sets out for the distant shores that have long been calling to her since childhood: the Minotaur’s Island.
