‘THE ENCHANTED THIEF’ KUNIMITSU JOINS TEKKEN 8 -

“The Strongest Creature on Earth” Yujiro Hanma Revealed at Combo Breaker 2026 as the Final Season 3 Pass Character

Bandai Namco Entertainment Europe today announced Kunimitsu, the first character of the Season 3 Pass for TEKKEN™8, is available now. Known as the “Enchanted Thief”, Kunimitsu is available for all players through the Season 3 Pass or individual purchase. Developed by Bandai Namco Studios Inc., TEKKEN 8 is available now on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam.

Kunimitsu the Second returns to the fight as a master of stealth and subterfuge. While posing undercover as a student at Mishima Polytechnical School, she digs for information on the Mishima Zaibatsu and forges a precious alliance with Reina. After decoding an ancient document, Kunimitsu’s path leads her to obtain Kuatatou, nine cursed blades that contain evil spirits. Now, to steal the Cursed Blade from her mother’s sworn enemy, Yoshimitsu, Kunimitsu throws herself into the fray equipped with new, powerful techniques. As she sets her sights on her prize, she swears, “Please hold on a little longer, Mother. The Cursed Blade Yoshimitsu is mine for the taking.”

This update also arrives on the heels of a major reveal at Combo Breaker 2026, where Yujiro Hanma was unveiled as the fourth and final character to join the TEKKEN 8 Season 3 Pass. Joining Kunimitsu, Bob, and Roger Jr., “The Strongest Creature on Earth” rounds out the Season 3 Pass roster, with more details to be revealed at a later date.

Continuing the tragic saga of the Mishima bloodline, filled with father-son grudge matches, TEKKEN 8 takes the story to a whole new level. With the additions of playable characters from the series that weren’t playable before, players must try to stop Kazuya’s reign of terror.
