The excitement is ramping up! From August 20 to 24, the global gaming community will come together once again live in Cologne and online worldwide. With the official ticket shop now open, both trade and private visitors can secure their spot right away. High demand is expected, especially for the public days Thursday through Sunday. Limited tickets and bundles are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Tickets are available exclusively via the official gamescom ticket shop. There will be no ticket sales on site. We strongly advise against purchasing tickets from unauthorized platforms or third-party vendors.

Day ticket for private visitors
Admission to the entertainment area, including the cosplay village, retro & family area, indie area, cards & boards area, event arena and much more.

Evening ticket for private visitors
This year, a limited number of discounted tickets for the public days will once again be available. Admission to gamescom begins at 4 PM.

Family ticket
Valid for up to five people, the family ticket includes one or two adults and one to three children aged 7 to 12. Tickets must be personalized in the Ticket Shop.

Wildcard for Trade Visitor and Media Day
The limited wildcard allows private visitors access to the entertainment area on Trade Visitor and Media Day (August 20) starting at 1 PM.

Early access bundles
Two exclusive bundles are now available in the official ticket shop – only while supplies last.

Superfan Bundle Plus
Includes a ticket to the big gamescom Opening Night Live show on August 19, a wildcard for Trade Visitor and Media Day on August 20 starting at 1 PM and an overnight stay at the gamescom camp from Tuesday to Wednesday (own tent required).

For all those who want to be among the first to experience gamescom, the bundle includes a ticket to gamescom Opening Night Live on August 19 and a wildcard for Trade Visitor and Media Day on August 20, starting at 1 PM.

gamescom congress
Trade visitors have the opportunity to secure tickets earlier than ever before for the gamescom congress (August 21), Europe’s largest conference exploring the potential of video games. This unique forum offers insights about the role of games in sectors such as business, politics and education through engaging presentations and talks.

Trade visitors: Tickets and verification
Trade visitors can purchase tickets for any day of gamescom. Three-day tickets are also available for the business area period from August 20 to 22. All tickets include access to the business area, entertainment area and gamescom biz, the official online B2B platform for trade visitors and exhibitors of gamescom, devcom, gamescom asia and gamescom latam. The app offers a wide range of networking features and is free for trade visitors.

Verification is required to purchase trade visitor tickets, which can take up to 48 hours, therefore early registration is strongly recommended.

New: Combined Pass devcom & gamescom (18 – 22 August 2025)
For the first time, a combined ticket for gamescom and the devcom Developer Conference is being offered. Trade visitors can enjoy both events over five days at an attractive price. The ticket covers admission to the devcom Expo area on Monday and Tuesday, including the Keynote Stage, as well as the Sunset Mixer Party (Monday) and Developer Night (Tuesday) evening events. It also includes a trade visitor ticket to gamescom from Wednesday to Friday, making it easy to schedule business meetings and network on-site throughout the entire week.

green tickets
The optional green ticket allows visitors to contribute to climate protection as part of the gamescom goes green sustainability initiative and offset their travel emissions. All proceeds will go to the gamescom forest near Bayreuth.

gamescom for families
Creating a positive gamescom experience for the whole family is a top priority. Various initiatives have already been implemented in the past, including discounted tickets for families, a comprehensive youth protection concept, and childcare for children aged 4 and up in the entertainment area. For the first time this year, childcare will also be available for children up to 3 years old in the business area. This addition supports trade visitors with young children, making it easier for them to participate fully in the gamescom experience. More information can be found here.
