Sony Unveils Helldivers 2 Movie at CES 2025

Among them was the film adaptation of Helldivers 2, a video game developed by Arrowhead and published by PlayStation Studios. The announcement was made during Sony’s press conference, which featured several revelations about PlayStation universe adaptations, including a Ghost of Tsushima animated series and a Horizon Zero Dawn feature film.

Asad Qizilbash, head of PlayStation Productions, confirmed that Sony Productions and Sony Pictures are working together on the project. “I’m very excited to announce that we are partnering with Sony Pictures to develop a film adaptation of our incredibly popular PlayStation game Helldivers 2,” he said. No further details have been released yet, leaving fans to speculate about the cast or release schedule.
