Riot Games is proud to unveil a series of community activations across the Nordics from September 22 to October 5 in celebration of the upcoming VALORANT Champions Tour (VCT) in Paris.

Fans in Stockholm and Oslo can look forward to unique experiences throughout the tournament period, as the excitement of Champions comes to life in cinemas, city streets, and community venues across the two capitals.

Stockholm has been transformed into a VALORANT hotspot, with official artwork appearing across the city since September 22 to celebrate the biggest event in the VALORANT esports calendar. For those unable to attend in person, Riot Games’ network of VALORANT community creators and cosplayers will be capturing and sharing the atmosphere on their social channels, offering fans across the Nordics and beyond a window into the festivities.

The VALORANT Champions Tour claw machine is set to arrive in the city, offering fans the chance to win exclusive prizes. The machine will feature official VALORANT merchandise and in-game goodies.

The claw machine will be available for a limited time only, from October 3–5:

  • October 3–4 at Elgiganten Kungsgatan

  • October 5 at Filmstaden Sergel

In addition, Elgiganten Kungsgatan will host an in-store VALORANT Practice Range competition on October 3 and 4 between 14:00–15:00 CEST. All participants will receive a token to use on the claw machine. The three highest scorers each day will also be awarded premium prizes, including an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 graphics card, QPAD gaming peripherals, and Elgiganten gift cards worth 1,000 SEK.

Elgiganten will also screen the Champions group stage live from September 22–29, before returning with finals screenings from October 3–5, streamed directly from the Accor Arena in Paris.

To bring the festivities to a climax, Stockholm’s Filmstaden Sergel and Oslo’s NF Ringen Kino will open their doors on October 5 at 13:00 CEST to host local VALORANT fans for an official VALORANT Champions cinema watchparty. Tickets can be purchased here for the Stockholm event, and here for the event in Oslo.

Markus Gür, Brand Management Supervisor at Riot Games said: “Connecting fans and building community is at the heart of VALORANT esports and Riot Games as a whole – so we are thrilled to be able to deliver such engaging activities for our local fans across the Nordics to celebrate the biggest VALORANT esports moment of the year together.”
