Riot Games joins Forces with Glitched: VALORANT

Jönköping, Monday 12 May – Riot Games has officially partnered with Glitched, bringing VALORANT to Sweden’s newest gaming and LAN festival in a high-stakes showdown: the Glitched Invitational Tournament. The event will feature top-tier talent from across Scandinavia, alongside BYOC tournaments and a weekend packed with fan-focused activities.

This collaboration marks the latest step in Riot’s commitment to supporting the Nordic esports scene and celebrating its vibrant community.

Making its debut in Jönköping from Friday 13 to Monday 16 June, Glitched is set to draw gamers and esports fans from across the region. A highlight of the weekend, the Glitched Invitational Tournament will feature a 100,000 SEK prize pool and showcase eight elite teams battling for victory.

Competing Teams

HAVU – Representing Helsinki, HAVU officially entered the VALORANT scene in March 2025, bringing fresh ambition to the competitive circuit.
Bitfix – The reigning Norwegian VALORANT champions, Bitfix went undefeated in the Good Game Ligaen Fall 2024 season.
WYLDE – WYLDE brings international firepower and a hunger to dominate the Nordic stage.
Formulation – Hailing from Trøndelag, Norway, Formulation’s VALORANT squad have been competing since 2023.
Metizport – After a tough loss to Team Liquid Academy in the 2025 VALORANT Challengers League, Metizport enters with something to prove.
Lilmix – A Swedish favourite returning with fire, Lilmix is on a mission after a narrow 0-1 loss to Bitfix in the Challengers League.
Finalists of SOL (Svenska Onlineligan) – The top teams from Sweden’s National League will complete the lineup, ensuring strong local representation.

Main Stage Action

The Glitched Invitational Final will unfold live on Glitched’s QWERTY stage and will be streamed on the VALORANT Northern Europe Twitch channel on Sunday evening. This headline match will follow Friday’s Svenska Onlineligan (SOL) Grand Finals, showcasing Sweden’s finest VALORANT talent in an action-packed live spectacle.

Open LAN Tournaments for Everyone

Beyond the Invitational, Riot and Glitched are giving all attendees the opportunity to compete in open LAN tournaments for VALORANT and League of Legends, each with a 25,000 SEK prize pool. Whether you’re a rising star or a casual player, this is your moment to shine.
