State of Games

State of Games is a live gaming show hosted by Andreas ”Shades” Westman, where every stream brings exciting gameplay, great conversations, and a passion for gaming. While the channel features a variety of games, its main focus is on first-person shooters (FPS)—a genre Andreas has loved for decades.

A veteran gamer, Andreas grew up competing in legendary titles such as Quake, Unreal Tournament, Battlefield, and many more. In 1994, he founded Druidz Esport, one of Sweden’s longest-running esports organizations, and has been an active part of the gaming community ever since.

Today, Andreas is the driving force behind Consolidate, one of Sweden’s largest free gaming and esports event series, while also leading the Druidz organization. Through State of Games, he shares his experience, passion, and love for gaming with the community—whether it’s intense firefights, new releases, or simply having fun together live.
