Druidz are going to Gamescom 2026
The biggest gaming convention of the summer, Gamescom 2026, is only a few weeks away, and the staff of Druidz/Bitemind will be on site, reporting directly from the source.
The exhibition takes place August 24-30 in Koelnmesse in Cologne, Germany.
On August 25, Geoff Keighley will host Opening Night Live to welcome the crowds, a unique show where we can expect new trailers and video game announcements.
The first two days of the trade are dedicated to B2B networking and press announcements for businesses, developers, indie studios, and hardware companies. On August 27, the fair opens its doors to the public, so make sure to buy your tickets if you are planning on visiting.
Rebecka and Andreas will be there between August 26-28 to bring you exciting gaming news, both from software and hardware companies, hands-on impressions, and interviews with developers and publishers of your favourite games.
The first Gamescom back in 2009 had 245,000 visitors. It won’t be a surprise if this year’s attendance surpasses last year’s 357,000 visitors, as there is an increase in both registered exhibitors and countries participating in the fair.
