CRKD Brings the Gibson® Les Paul, SG and Explorer Back to the Rhythm Gaming Stage With New Mechanical Frets, Hall Effect Click Strum Bars, LED Neck Lighting and Its Fastest Guitar Controller Yet!

CRKD, a leader in modern rhythm gaming hardware, today unveiled the Stage Tour Pro Guitar Collection, a new lineup of premium Guitar Controllers built for the next generation of rhythm gaming through CRKD’s multi-year partnership with Gibson®.

Featuring three of the most iconic guitar shapes in music history, the Gibson Les Paul, Gibson SG and Gibson Explorer, the new collection combines authentic instrument design with CRKD’s most advanced rhythm gaming technology to date.

Each Guitar Controller in the collection tells its own story. The Stage Tour Les Paul Oxblood Edition takes inspiration from the iconic Gibson Les Paul Oxblood, the Stage Tour SG Midnight Blue Edition brings to life a pre-production Guitar Hero™II controller concept from the PlayStation® 2 era that never made it into production, while the Stage Tour 8K Gibson Explorer: 20th Anniversary Edition celebrates a Guitar Controller that helped define an entire generation of rhythm gaming.

Revealed alongside the latest Stage Tourtrailer during Opening Night Live gamescom (ONL), the CRKD Stage Tour Pro Guitar Collection is built for players who demand more from their hardware. New mechanical frets, Hall Effect click strum bars, LED neck lighting and high-performance connectivity deliver the speed, precision and feel enthusiasts demand.

The collection also introduces a streamlined control layout consistent with the official Stage Tour Kramer® Guitar Controller, relocating system and navigation buttons to a more ergonomic position near the strum bar. The redesigned layout keeps essential controls within easy reach while creating a cleaner, more authentic guitar face and a modernized experience built for players to simply pick up and play.

With compatibility across Stage Tour, legacy rhythm games and community rhythm titles, the new range of Guitar Controllers bring CRKD’s latest hardware technology and a unified Stage Tour design language to more than two decades of rhythm gaming.

The CRKD Stage Tour Pro Guitar Collection joins the growing family of official Stage Tour hardware as the game heads toward its global launch on December 10, 2026 for PlayStation®5, XBOX Series X|S, Nintendo® Switch™2 and PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store.
